In compliance with the provisions of \u202fLey 2\/2023, de 20 de febrero, reguladora de la protecci\u00f3n de las personas que informen sobre infracciones normativas y de lucha contra la corrupci\u00f3n<\/a>, JOAN CERD\u00c1 & ASSOCIATS, ASESORES S.L. has implemented an Internal Information System, hereinafter referred to as the SII, which will be operational from January 2024.<\/p>\n

What is the SII?<\/strong><\/h3>\n

This system provides a channel for individuals who, in a work or professional context, have obtained information about actions or omissions that may constitute violations of European Union law or serious or very serious criminal or administrative offenses within the organization, to report them with full guarantees of confidentiality, data protection, and the secrecy of communications.<\/p>\n

The law establishes the legal framework for the internal information system, encompassing both the channel\u2014understood as the mailbox or channel for receiving information\u2014and the person responsible for the system and the procedure.<\/p>\n
